Im 15 and 5 11 and 130lbs and i started working out about a year but i only gained not as much as i would expect from the traing i been doing( I been doing the General Progression traning prg) so i decided to start using protein shakes. I was wondering what should i include with my protein shakes after i do my workout and should i workout more isnce im taking protein shakes? thax for any answer that anyone can give me:)
