I was curious what are the building block of losing weight and getting lean....like what supplements to take....for example protein, creatine, ext.....i was to lose like 20lbs ...thank you
To lose weight it is doen by eating healthy on a regular basis. No processed foods, no, fried foods, eat good healthy clean foods that contain protein, good carbs and good fats.
