Ive been weight lifting for about 2 months now, and just recently whenever I do dumbbell rows I get a pain in my shoulder. Is my form off or is something wrong with my shoulder? Thanks.:(
Depends on the pain - if it's sharp check your form under the fitness resource there should be a step by step instruction on the exercise. If it's a "warm" pain it could be the build up of lactic acid through the exercise. Best to check with one of the trainers to see if your doing the exercise right and see if they can point you in the right direction.
