Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I have been reading some posts on here and everyone seems to be so knowlegeable.
I just joined a gym a few weeks ago and am trying to get used to it. I have read a few times in the exercise forum that doing cardio before weights isn't a good idea. I'm just trying to understand all the "new to me" information.
I hope to see results so many of you have achieved. I don't want to bulk up because I am only 5'0 but I would like to have a long lean toned body.
