Today I started my first workout. It was Dumbell Flat Bench Presses and I managed to only do 80% (49/62) of my target reps at 19 lbs. Is this ok?

Gotta start somewhere.. don't worry if you can't complete you sets/reps.... it'll get there...

It's ok that you didn't finish the reps, you just started. I have heard from abunch of people that if you can't do the reps at higher weight drop the weight a little and finish your reps. When you first start working out you need to focus on form not weight. Hope this was helpful.
