Hi all. New to the site. I'm a single mom who has almost no time to do anything related to working out and I want to get my toned/athletic shape back. Either I'm at work or I'm at soccer, softball, ballet, etc. Any hints or ideas on how to squeeze in some workout sessions? Also, how do you plan a nutritional meal for dietary reasons when you have an 8 yr old finicky eater?

You could fit in some workout time before bedtime and after you wake up...
As for your finicky eater, you might as well cook something that he or she'll eat and cook something else that you're gonna eat... But then again, that's sort of dumb because you'd have to wash twice the dishes (unless the finicky eater is also a dish washer, but ..)
You could try some simple recipes for health shakes, I bet loads of people here probably have some...
like, post a new topic sayin something like : "Need simple short recipes for low-sugar(or low watever) health shakes...
