Is there any way to increase your appetite? From online calculators and such they say I should get around 3000 calories, but I can barely eat 1800. Any help is much appreciated.

As you increase your lean mass, your appetite will increase. Muscle demands to be fed. Start out slowly, add 200-300 calories per day to your diet of lean proteins, good complex carbs and healthy fats. After you get used to this, do a similar increase. In this manner will help to keep fat accumulation at bay while increasing your lean mass.

instead of trying increasing appetite change your dieting rules. eat six to eight planned meals at planned times(small meals). Higher protein foods I feel suppress the want to eat. Sugary foods can be craved. So like juicy apples may help you want to eat but a plain peice of chicken wont. Bars of chocolate will make you want more chocolate(not so good).
So get in good sugary fruits first then you'll be begging to eat the meat as a main course- I hope it works for you. But do keep good balance as bb says.

give it sometime. at first you will feel full.
later on, you will see, you wont be able to last 3 hours!!!!
you get hungry more and more. i think thats a good sight.
that means you are growing, i think. excercise harder and you will need more nutrirnts.

give it sometimes

I started at eating 1200 calories a day and now I'm up to 2000 and still going! Give it time and your apetite will grow. (trying to gain lean muscle mass)
