i started school so my last 2 meals are 6.30 and 9.30.
at 9.30 i am pretty hungry now.
my pre-bed meal, is usually 1 cup of cottage cheese, a glass of milk and 2tbsp of peanut butter.
althou now my last meal is like i said 9.30, 3 hours after my dinner so i was wondering..
is it ok that i eat no matter what carbs as long as they are LOW GLYCEMIC carbs?
just havin this problem that is really bothering me, thx

Try fibrous veggies with your pre bed meal. A leafy green salad with an oily based dressing like olive oil would be a good choice. Or, what I do when dieting, have an eggwhite omlette with lots of omlette veggies and some salsa. The veggies are good fiber, and will promote a feeling of being satiated for much longer.
You can add to cottage cheese to the eggwhites, blend up good and cook. This will add casein protein for even slower absorbtion, and will give the eggs a cheesy creamy taste also. Top with salsa, and you are good to go!

I would never have fruit before bed.
