1. How much creatine shall I take per day? (I know many of you guys take 10g a day, but I use promax, and they say only 2g per day, and if you take more you should first ask a doctor for permission )
2. When is the best time to take it? (before training? after training? split?)
one heaped teaspoon daily in pure juice with more than a glass of water. and plenty water the rest of the day. for upto 85 kilos body weight- over that and do two spoons daiy..
incidentally, i stopped taking my spoon a day on sunday and went on a higher protein intake to control my appetite- it's Thursday today and the scale shows I'm from 13 stone down to 12 stone 9pounds so.. what i'm saying is the creatine has been holding at least 5 pounds of water inside me... so anyone browsing- yes creatine does work.
