hi. i am curently at 223 lbs and i want to go down to about 200, well i filled out the profile and it said that i sould eat no more then 32oo cal. but others say 2200 cal., what is right?plus i am pretty active, i lift 5 times a week and play basketball or raketball 4 times a week.i hope some body can help me:dumbbell:
The nutritional recommendation is just a guide. The best way to find out would be to find out what your current maintenance calories are. Then, adjust by 250 cals/day until you begin to notice some weight loss. Of course this process takes time, but you will at least know more about your eating habits and total caloric consumption.
