Hmm Quick question

I recently created two accounts here. One yesterday and one today with the same hight, weight, level of training, same goals (muscle mass and str program), same amount of days.

And between my two accounts, they have differnt work out programs on differnt days. Why does one program have Dumbell Kickbacks and the other one doesnt?

Any reason to this?

My other account tells me to do dips behind the back, is that the other way to work out the same muscles as dumbell kickbacks

Dumbell Kickbacks and dips behind the back both work the triceps.

The 2 programs aren't the same because for any particular muscle, there are a whooole bunch of exercises that can be used to target that muscle.
