Fill out your profile and post your goals here with typical day of what you eat and your current exercise/lifting regime. Once we have that we can give you some guidance.

anni is right you need to fill out your profile but yes you do need protein how much?..we need more information to determine this.

yes, to tone up and lose weight, need to increase protein lower carbs and fat.
