How can I stop and if possible reverse oblique muscles growth, in my case they've become so big that it seems that I have lots of hard fat in my waist area, I used to train my abs 2 times a week with weights performing a 6 exercise routine, but since I notice the problem I dropped the weights, and now I'm considering to simplify the routine doing only like 3 or 4 exercises, 4 set each, since I haven't found a solution, any suggestions please???...thanx...

You can't "decrease" muscle all you can do is stop working those muscles if you want them smaller... but that is probably not your problem... how much body fat do you have?? if you have good size obliques but a layer of fat over them they will look horrible... but "big" obliques are not bad or ugly on a proportioned body...

Well in my opinion, I like big obliques on men, and I have a hard time believing yours are grossly huge, but IF they are as you say instead of trying to make them smaller, make the rest of you bigger to balance it out, I know a lot of people that train their obliques every day and they can't get a quarter inch on them... so maybe it's a blessing in disguise... :dumbbell:
