i been taking protein whey as my post workout shake, taking them about 10 to 15 minutes after my workout. i been doing some ressearch about supplements and i came up with 12 supplements for fast lean muscle gain but the only supplements that i want to take is whey protein, creatine, and multi vitamins. so is it ok to take this 3 diferent supplements? should i add more supplements to help the other ones or just to gain more muscles? i dont really have a strict diet i just eat whatever would this affect my supplements? and if i start using supplements do i need them for a daily bases?
thax for anybody that can clear this up for me:big_smile:

Stay with the supplements you have, and get your diet in order. Food is the most anabolic thing you can do, there is no substitute supplement for food.

only thing is fast food are high in fats. Especially trans fats.......get a chicken slad with low fat dressing or somthing. Theres many ways to eat healthy fast food like. Subway, salads, grilled chicken sandwiches.

But what you say doesn't make sense? She doesn't want you on a diet? But its ok to eat fast food all day?

take it from a 50+ male. by getting your eating habits in check NOW will do more for you later down the road than you can imagine now.also, read labels and shy away from those with high fructose corn syrup and any type of hydrogenated oils as ingredients.

good luck
