I'm new to this website and I must say that I'm realy impressed so far. I am what you would call intermediately active. I studied in Germany this summer and lived with a German family who pretty much fed me bratwurst and shnitzel so I gained about 10 pounds. Prior to my trip, I worked out at least 4 days a week and I'm having a tough time gettng back into my routine. So if anyone is in my position or has some words of encouragement, I'd really appreciate. Good luck t us all!!
