Today, while doing the Lying Triceps Extentions. My arms were shaking, not just a little bit, a lot. It kinda scared me, so I finishes up my first set and stopped. I think it is because my muscles are already tired from Incline Bench Dumbell Flyes and Barbell Flat Bench Press. Heheh right now I can barely hold my hands over my head. Is this... bad.

It is possible you are lifting too heavy or your not giving yourself enough rest for your muscles to recover. Dumbell flyes won't really have any effect on your triceps if your doing them correctly. And your triceps will not be at there strongest after doing chest since it is used as a secondary muscle. Not being able to hold your hands over your head is normal your just experiencing "the pump" This should have gone away in a few hours if not sooner.

James, from your profile, it looks like you're fairly new to lifting. If thats the case the shakiness is normal. Even after you advance a tough workout can do that to you. On my tougher leg days I walk around like Wylie E Coyote on earthquake pills. Keep trucking and welcome to FT.

Now I have to ask: What are eccentrics? (Besides those people who live down at the end of the block)
