Hello im new to this site and by what the scales are telling me i weigh about 70kg used to weigh 60kg wonder where all that extra came from
Anyway i need a simple easy fast to do basic diet plan where all the meals are planned out but im unsure what one looks like so if anyone could suggest a diet meal plan i'd be thankful of it
I also just recently started doing weights again but im sure i can figure that bit out myself
Hello and Welcome. Take a look at my post "Cnstantly Hungry" In specific diets and nutrition. bb1 posted a sample diet of good clean foods, the total calorie intake for 1 day of that meal plan is 2800, it will give you an idea of some good clean foods to eay.
