is it better to train your back with tri's or bi's? same with chest...i thought you were supposed to train back with triceps, and chest with biceps...thanks.

Just all depends........I prefere opposites. That is after I do chest, my triceps aren't 100%, they are secondary muscles in the lift. Same with biceps......so from a strength standpoint I don't like to do either on those 2 days. I do them when all my main muscles are out of the way.
example
chest
back
rest
shoulders/bis
legs/ tris

So my arms techinally are getting worked 2 times a week, one day secondarly and the other isolation wise.

But being a girl, I don't think it really matters so much, I doubt you wanna be huge and strong like guys lol, so do what you like. IF you don't get a good tri workout after chest, then do biceps or vice versa.
