I was just wondering if there was a specific time that you should stop eating after to lose weight. Some people say that it does matter, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter because your body is not aware of what time of day it is so it shouldn't matter right?

You are thinking correctly. Grazing is key to keeping metabolism revving. And especially so if you are a hard trainer. Try to get some food in you every 3 hrs. or thereabouts as long as you are up.

I have no way of getting in food 3 every three hours because I go to school...have any ideas of sneaking in food or something? Maybe protein bars might be a good idea. I don't want to get a lot of calories from the bars because I'd rather eat food then bars...any low calories high protein bars?

yeah but man I don't want to take a whole big lunch box to school and besides, most of my teachers won't let me eat a whole meal during class time you know what I mean? and then right after school I go to the gym and I don't have anything else to eat after 12:00 until about 6:30 I know this isn't good
