Im 15 years old and i weigh 231 and my goal is to weigh 200 by xmas but i;m confuesed on how much protein i should be taking in each day.

well, to lean mucle mass 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

if you want to loose weight you have to calculate your caloric intake very carefully. i suggest to look for my post of BMR AND NUTRITIONAL CALCULATOR in order to stablished your needs.
