im pretty new too this and would like too know how i can increase my chest size without taking creatine or anything like that. Ive been taking a protien shake in the morning for protien and eating plenty of salad and things like that. The excercises i have been doing are just the benchpress and push ups the only thing is although my chest is now rock solid it actually hasnt increased in size if you know what i mean is there anything i need too know!

Welcome to freetrainers. First off you need to fill out your profile. Secondly your chest isn't just going to get big one day it takes time. It doesn't matter how much you lift weight if your diet isn't right your not going to see any gains. If you want to get bigger you need to take in more calories than you burn in one day of good clean foods. Salad isn't going to do anything for you really it's not calorie dense though the greens are good for you, you need to balance out your diet. You need to lift heavy with lower reps. You need to do flat bench, incline bench, decline bench and some flyes. I would alternate between dumbells and a barbell. Push ups aren't really going to help you get a bigger chest. I suggest signing up for one of the fittness plans here on free trainers. hope this helps.

Justin nailed it.....diet and compound exercises. Consistency in both will do the trick.
