Well to start off Id like to say hi to all who read this. People say Im shy at first, but I warm up fast. So talk all you want, but please dont be upset if I dont answer right away. It took me nearly 45 minutes or reading the site before I even posted this. This is all in my profile but here goes... Im nearing 30 and have 2 active young children. Im in 'funtional' physical shape, though Id like to get stronger. I have always been active, just tapered off recently. Im pretty friendly and enjoy talking to anyone. My recent exploits have taken me into the Naval Reserve and am looking for ways to improve my overall physical shape. My main concern is to pass the PRT. Being a fireman in the Navy, stamina and strength are what Im looking for, not so much size. For me if I could meet the PRT requirements(x2) I would be very happy. I cant really afford a gym right now, so Im looking for some in home solutions until I get back on my feet. I love to get advice, though I know I usualy never ask for it, I guess its the stubborn side of me. As i said I love advice, not criticism or attacks. From what I have read everyone here is so helpful and Im glad I found this site. Please feel free to chat or email my personal address anytime at all. Good luck to all and thank you for having me.

I knew I forgot something. I read the nutritonal parts, but Im having trouble figuring out a good regular meal plan based on my needs. If anyone could help Id be forever grateful.

Welcome to freetrainers Grahmcraka. Try the home training program from here, and for the nutrition portion, what is your present weight? Need this for your calories.
