I am a male 18yrs and have been working out for several years. Im in good shape but i would like to increase my body weight from 190 to 205-210 and at the same time get very ripped.I need suggestions on a work out routine and possible supplements i should be taking?
My current routine is:
Day 1: i work out my legs: usally 4reps of 8 on each station
2: my arms and abs: for arms 4reps of 8 & abs 4reps of 25 on each station
3: chest: regular, incline, and decline bench 3reps of 8 then 2 or 3 other chest exercises
4: back: 4reps of 8 on each station

should i change that in any way or do anything else to get bigger and more toned?

My best suggestion would be for you to use one of FT's programs. You need to first clean up your diet if you have not done so already. Look into "Grocer list for a bodybuilder" post under the "Recipes" category. Fill out your nutritional plan and find out how many calories you need to take in. This is an estimate, so don't be afraid to lower or raise depending on your bodies response (gaining or losing fat/muscle). If you are not fat, then you may want to just gain mass right now then try to cut later. The fastest way to gain muscle is caloric surplus which will gain some fat depending on how clean your diet is, however the more muscle you gain the easier it is to lean up since your metabolic rate at rest increases.
