I have signed up for the 12 weeks ab program. I am assuming this is the 12 week ab blaster program. If it is not please alert me. Anyway.

I have looked at the exercises it wants me to do the first week, and they seem really wimpy to me. In total it wants 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, and 30 sitting twists .

I hear the program gets harder as you go on, but in conjunction with my wieght training will I actually get really nice six pack results after 12 weeks?

One last thing (sorry for the long post) I don't really want to count calories. I want to just not drink soda, and not eat junk food. I want to be on a high water diet with lots of greens and fruit, will that do good?

You don't really have to count calories per say. You do need to clean up your diet, drink lots of water, and eat 5 - 6 times a day (every 3 hours).

The abs program may seem "wimpy" at first when reading it. 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, and 30 sitting twists can be very difficult if done correctly (strict). Contract your abs at the end of the rep hard for a full second.

If you keep a proper diet and train hard you will see results and possibly your abs. If you are training hard and not seeing results, then it's time to count calories and make sure you are not getting too many or too little.
