I am 5'4 and weight 130 (not sure if this is overweight or not). By no means do i consider myself fat but definitely in need to shape up. I always start new diet routines which end up lasting about 3 months and I rarely see any results so i start to become lazy. I would usually workout 4-5 times a week w/ 40 minutes of cardio and every other day weights.
My diet doesnt consist of anything unhealthy (chicken, fruit, fish, veggies, salads, lettuce wrap sandwiches, etc). I dont understand what else it takes...or am I just being impatient?
I started college at 118 and i understand with age, diet, and drinking this can change. Can I actually get back to my before "I started college" size or should I just concentrate w/ what I have and look to improve from there?
Thanks!!!

just need to suck it up and do it......Just cause you don't "see" results the benifits are there. I'm almost at the same weight I was in 9th grade( 280 48 in waist) Now i'm 262 or so, 38 in waist. It wasn't till after a year, I REALY could tell in the mirror.
Don't work out so much, 3 to 4 days weight bearing excercises, and 3 days cardio. Do only 15-20 mins after weight training, and no more than 40 on non weight training days. Have fun keep it different.....do circuits, cardio classes jog in the country whatever. Only person stoping you is YOU
-------------- if you want sympathy......from me...in a dictionary look between symphony and syphillis.......there you\'ll find it!
