Guys,
I have so many questions.

I leave home at 7:00 am & return at 11:00 pm .

If I mix my protein powder in milk & take it with me, & drink it post exercise at about 9:00 pm , would it be ok?

Someone told me that u should not have a pre mixed drink & that when u dissolve the whey powder in milk u should consume it immediately or it loses its potency...Is that true?

Please advice!

Thanks

they whey would be ok, not sure abotu the milk......warm milk? might up set your stomach. Just mix it with water, or eat a sandwich......you need engery for the work out not so much as protein. 20g protein 30 40 carbs should do ya. Eat a turky sandwich, save the whey for after workout.

Winsome, have you tried mixing the protein powder with water. It takes getting used to but it is easier to mix it right after a workout.

Cheers
