Sorry but I have to ask you, is this over 5 days? 6 days? Or is it 1 day?

I do this 3 times a week, and can usually do 20 reps of each.

email me here, a breakdown on what you do on each of the 3 days, it will be much easier to look at.

thats alot in one day......split it up......
legs/ arms
shoulders/ back
chest
or
chest/tris
legs/bis
back/shoulders
so many combos
abbs 3 times a week, either on those days, or 3 other different days. Cardio 3 times week also, preferibly on no lifting days.
IF you have already adapted( your muscles), your not gonna grow, or get rid of fat. IF your muscles are used to this work out, they won't get bigger or more defined.

sorry forgot, don't do abbs 1st, they stablize during weight training, if you tire them 1st, your lower back may start to hurt, cause its trying to stablize all by its self.
