Hi , I've been working out for the last year but had to quit for four months due to exams and now that im over I find it a bit difficult to start . I also just moved after my uni is done so Im new in my town and I need someone to talk to , mostly about the gym , maybe someone more advance than me that could give me advice about gym exercises and also about the very important theme of nutrition or just talk (I love talkin)! Im going to be joining a gym really soon

unfortunately like all good things there has to be a sin in it to taste absolutely great ... But it tastes almost just the same with lowfat as long as you find a really creamy one ... My mother when she makes it she puts full fat yogurt , grated cucumber , garlic , spearmint and 1tablespoon of olive oil..you can change the first one and leave out the last one!
