i heard the egg whites from egg are protein packed! i just wanted to know if this was true and how much protein do they actualy have and if they actualy help you build mass or strength. ...much help would be appreciated!
3.5 gr in a big one. Sooooo if you are eating three egg whites and you are thinking that you had enough proteins, you are wrong....... You gotta eat at least 6-8 egg whites per serving.
Proteins in eggs are one of the best proteins one can get.
