Hi everyone. Like most everyone here I need to lose weight.
I have done all the diets there is to know so now I am ready to do it right. I need to lose about 120 pounds or so but I would like to take off 50 pounds by next summer. I bought a bowflex and i am trying to get to the gym two or three times a week. I am also trying to stick with a strict balanced diet. Wish me luck. My starting weight is
