I was just wondering if any of the other students/post-students had any advice about sleep. It seems like I can never get enough because I'm so busy, and I know that it is wreaking havoc on my health and my academic preformance.:(

my problem is that i woke up at 6 in the mornig.
that means that i have to go to bed at 9.30 at most, so at 10.00 i am almost sleeping, to get 8 hours of sleep.
but it seems that i cant sleep at 10
i am not tired and sometimes i still up at 11.
as a result i dont get enought sleep, have to train on weekends to avoid sleeping in class.
not to mention when i have a lot of work to do. i try to do finish them at 9 because if i dont, i dont conceive sleep.
thats it, yo cant sleep while studing unless you only spend your time studying and sleeping and not go to party, gym or some.

I have been a full-time college student for the last 3 years and I average 4 hours of sleep a night. My GPA is 4.0, I have 3 children and sometimes I even work full-time. Devote yourself to your studies, do all the things you must do and sleep after graduation.

Anni is right. All through college I got around 5-6 hours of sleep a night (even on weekends). It's tough and unfortunately you just need to adjust for now.
Try your best to get a good rest on the weekends if possible, otherwise just ride through it. Once school is finished it will take you about another year to get back to a normal (and healthy) sleeping schedule. At least it did for me.

- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
