hi everyone, i have a little bit of a problem, im stuck in the middle of two wieght classes (wrestling) and i want to got to the higher one. What does everyone recommend for calorie intake? This summer when i was gaining i was eating 3500 calories and i put on 12 pounds of muscle but i have hit a plateau and i've stopped gaining. i tried changing excercises and sets and reps but nothing has worked lately. any help would be appreciated
You could try some weight gainer. All the extra calories should make a difference. I haven't reached a plateau yet, but people who have tell me that creatine helps. So those are two options to consider, good luck.
