1/2 cup ON Any Whey(for those who like soy sub 1/2)
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream(or sub what you like here)
2 oz. crushed macadamia nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
Macadamia nut oil
Combine first six ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix thouroughly with a wisk. Note that there should be no lumps. Spray a skillet or griddle with a light coating of oil. When the oil is hot, pour about 1 tbsp. of the batter onto the griddle, cooking evenly on both sides, about 1 minute for each.

Put diced strawberries (any berry will work) in a blender or a food processor and process until smooth. Pour over pancakes like syrup.
