well, i'm sorry to say this, but unless your taking steroids (which i'm glad you're not), you're not gonna get a LOT of muscle mass so soon... and i'm guessing you want all that muscle for this year's football season, so this might be a little too late for that... i mean, it's never too late to start anything (like weight training), but you're probably not gonna get HUGE for this season if you're just starting out...

you can, however, get on a good gaining program and be patient with it... it'll take some time before you gain all the muscle you want to have, but there's no secret to it... just eat clean and train hard... many will probably suggest you supplement with creatine, so do some reading no it and see if it's what you want...

oh, good call on staying off the juice... heh... good luck!

haven't you been weightlifting in any of your previous years in highschool?? you run pretty fast , but hasn't football season already started for you? if so Just keep working on your skills, routes, movements, and running , with some weight training, you can't lift too much during the season.

GOOD LUCK DUDE!!! , I take MEGA WHEY from GNC which has been amazing for me in lean muscle mass gains , and recovery especially after a football game or practice.
