Good Morning Monday to everyone... well I had two goals over the last two weeks and I reached one but not the other.... My two goals were to

1. lose 2-4 lbs...

2. get in my cardio 5-6 times per week...

so I did get in my cardio, which wasn't that hard... my husband and I did a lot of sports... but my eating is not on track, I think I averaged about 2100 kcal per day, but even with 6 days of cardio I did not lose... so now I only have 27 days to look my best before my birthday... ...

way to stay disciplined with your cardio. don't shoot for losing more than 2lbs in a week though, it can't be done in a healthy, sustainable way. when you do your cardio, try to monitor your heart rate and make sure you're not exceeding the upper limit of your target heart rate. this will help you hang on to valuable lean tissue instead of burning it away.

take things one step at a time - you're motivated with your cardio, now apply some of that motivation to your diet. you can do this! a lot can happen in 27 days :big_smile:

Yes, take one step at a time. You are already started doing more sport and that's great!! Now, you can start to concentrate about the diet. Good luck! :)
