I just signed on as a member and am looking forward to getting started. I know that it is possible to control the weight with modified exercise and diet, but when I exercise it causes me out of the ordinary pain because of my arthritis in my knees and the bursitis in my hips which causes me to be depressed because I can't exercise to get in better shape without hurting so I eat to make me feel better. Catch 22 cycle...Does anyone else out there have severe arthristis pain and still exercise??? What do you do and how are your results?
