Need to know what a good fitness plan would be. I'm new, never weight trained before. I'm 32, 167 lbs 5'9". I really want to work on the upper body and my arms really needs help. I don't know what I'm doing. HELP. haha.
Welcome to FT! I would suggest investing in some weights and a good bench. Then, sign up for an FT mass program with focus on arms (triceps, biceps, forearms).
