Hi there,
I have some more to add. I got the diet profile and exercise profile from this site. The problem with that is that the exercise plan just did not involve treadmill or anything that i have access to. I'm not good at doing home exercises since i tend to skip that. That is why am asking you all if you could suggest me sth with those at hand. I have been running on a treadmill st 5.5mph for hour an hr 3x a week so far and i have been eating clean except for a once a month treat of a cake or pudding.I'm a pure vegetarian. I realised that My diet has much less protein than i should. Can you suggest some food that is rich in proteins.
This is the plan that this site suggests. Isn't 1900 kcal a lot?
Calories 1,918 kcal
Carbohydrates 288.0 g
Proteins 144.0 g
Fats 23.4 g

suggestions please.
Thanks,
Buvna

Here are some non meat protein sources:

Soybeans, dry-roasted, fresh, boiled
soymilk
tofu
eggwhite
cottage cheese
Whey protein powder
Soy protein powder Whey/soy powder
Yves tofu weiners
Genisoy protein bar
Kidney beans
Lima beans

Hope this helps. try running intervals, and don't run at a high HR.

Thanks Carivan. At the end of the 30 mins of running my hr is 170. Is that okay?? Does walking at high incline help- just as an alternate to running?

Not knowing your age it is hard to figure that out.
If you fill out your profile it will be easier to help you.

Your max hr is 196. 166 is your target for good cardi exercise that is 85% of maximum. Your prime fat loss zone would be in at around 127. Which is at 65% of your max.
Hope this helps.
