I have just joined this site because I am at my wits end. I used to powerlift and bodybuild until I developed scleroderma. Now I can still weight train but not like I used to. I have maintained my weight for several years and just my body has changed. Now I want to loose a measly 5 pounds. I can't do it. I have tried more cardio, low carb diets, high intensity work outs. Give me a break.
