I don't know what the heck is going on, every time i do triceps I put forth lots of effort into the exercises, but I don't get sore at all the next day...Maybe I"m not doing the exercises the right way or something, but I have to know what's going on or else I'm just wasting an hour of my time at the gym doing worthless exercises....Do you really have to be sore in order to know that you are gaining mass?
Does anybody have a good tricep workout? I'd greatly apreciate it if someone would post one.

Not everyone gets sore. I don't know what your doing for your triceps, but try doing 4 sets of "dips behind the back" 12-12-10-10, if you don't have sore triceps after that or the same night or next day, you are a lucky man!

Like Carivan said, try some high-rep, high intensity tri exercises if you're not feeling them enough. My favorite for the tris is decline dumbell skullcrushers.

ok thanks guys. Carivan, the next tricep workout, I'll be sure to add that in. The way you make it sound, I know I'll be getting sore. Well in a way I take what I said about my soreness back. I only feel the soreness when I straighten my triceps out. Is this normal? or should I feel them even without straightening my arms out?

You would feel it when moving either way. But everyone is different. Hope it does it for you.:dumbbell:
