Hi. I am new to FT and I am desperate for some help. I am a 30 y/o mother of three and as you can guess, I am a lot out of shape and sadly, I'm a little on the heavier side. I am about 5'6" and weight approximately 180 lbs. I have a membership to my local gym but am completely clueless on how to workout and get results. My goal is to drop between 40 - 50 lbs and tone up. I need cardio work and a plan that helps me work out and maximize my results in little time. I do not know much about how to use the free weights or machines for that matter. I am willing to learn if someone can help me get started with information I can use. I also have a problem with diet. I am not sure how to count carbs and what is good and bad as far as intake is concerned. Any and all help would not only be appreciated but definately desired as well. Hello krystal and welcome to freetariners. You have come to the right place for a program and help. Try the fat loss and toning program from here. Put in the info it asks for and you will get a very good program based on your experience and needs. It even gives exercise descriptions and pics. You can also ask the floor person at your gym which machine or dumbells to use.
cardi execise is also important.
