Does anybody know the amount of oatmeal it takes to get 100 calories? I think it's like 1/3 of a cup but I'm not sure....

Well, 1/2c is 150 calories, so one cup is 300, so 1/3 cup would be 100, yes.

cinamon is a good thing to add to your oatmeal - sometimes I add allspice, too. Cinnamon has recently been touted for its blood sugar regulating properties!

cinnamon doesnt change anything just taste....

well is it is a cup of natural oats then if i am not worng,
1cup oats = 40g carbs, 4.5 fat (EFA) and 9 protein
= 40x4 + 4.5 x9 + 9 x 4
= 240 cals
