It is a shame i cannot post another pic because it gives me an error.

i know i am not that bad but, as you all want, i want more symmetry. I asked some friends about this and they told me my height is a factor too. it makes my arm looks smaller.
but i feel like it is too thin...

I will check that bb1 post. thx for the info JUSTIN.
i will change my routine to bi´s first day MUTT.

THX ALL PEACE,
kakaroto

keep training your triceps as you normally would. just hit biceps more, lift heavy and eat lots you know that kakaroto. i just moved and i can't find my encyclopedia to modern body building, but arnold gives some good exercises to add to bicep thickness. bb1 has a post on here on body part frequency you should check that out i think you could hit your bi's twice a week if you wanted i think he said for biceps you can train every 5 days.

Actually you need to add the biceps first. Let me explain. I looked at you pic you have here I think that your tri are not that out of porporation. But I can see where you might want to add more size to the biceps. There fore do Biceps first in the week to really hit them hard. On back day add chins bent rows and deadlifts...maybe cleans as well as they will recruit the biceps as well hope this helps!

it is not that i am not big but i dont like my arm symmetry:

i think if triceps is 2/3 of the arm,
mine is 4/5.

i have a huge triceps and my bicpes is too thin: if you look me by the side you will see a big arm, but if you look me from front you see a thin arm.
beisedes, i cant see my deltoid. it is not that i dont have delts, i know i have but regard my huge tricep, my delts dont come out.

i train all my muscle groups once a week.
delts with back biceps alone.

i dont know what to do.
should i stop tricep excercise?
reduce tricep excercise?
or make more reps?

^^^ or just do it yourself... any free host service would do (geocities, hostultra, freewebs, etc)... then you just post the URL and we'll make fun of your thin arms =P (jk)...

right, no difference... except that i said he should do it himself, instead of emailing it to someone (cuz that would probably take longer)... and at an actual host, you can do more than just store pictures... peace...
