My office has just built an exercise room with 4 universal gyms. I'd like to start using them to stay toned. I'm a 56 year old guy who's generally in good shape, (the right weight and body fat for my age and height), but I have Multiple Scleroris. My upper body strength is good but I walk with a cane and my legs tire very easily. I can't exercise too much, or too long, but I do want to get started with something a couple of days a week at lunchtime. Suggestions?

Anchorman, welcome to freetrainers. Perhaps if you did upper body exercises in a seated position, you would have some great gains. Try a program from here on freetrainers and put in your leg problem, as there is a box you can check off. Check with your doc before starting new exercise routines though.
Good luck.

i just ordered the MuscleNow book. i think it has some pretty good ideas in it from the previews that i have read. i will keep you all posted on my results. who knows maybe i will become the incredible hulk.
-------------- i bealieve in the concept of mind over matter. i believe that a person is only as strong as their mind and their body is just the shell, the work horse, the blunt instrument to get the job done, however, if your mind is strong you can keep your body strong. when i am tired i tell my body to F*** off, because i believe that when i am tired its just my boddy telling my mind to stop. then i go untill i cant go any further, and then i go one more time. i am on my quest to be the biggest bad-A$$ out there, a physical specimen, a supreem being.
