Im kinda at a plateau right now...Can someone give me a method or 2 on how to Shock my muscles back into growth..OR at least on how to shock my CHEST back into growth. Thanks...it'll be much appreciated....
Have you signed up for the 12 week mass program?.. thats supposed to help you break down a plateau I think.. There are loads of ways out there such as drop sets and so on.. I think rp made a post about a lot of them (do a search).. but you should fill out your profile so people here can have a better idea of your current diet and workout.. probably would be able to help you better...
