I just wanted to know is bean dip a good food? It has 2 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat and 5 carbohydrates in 2 tablespoons...I usually don't eat that much, but sometimes I like snacking on it. It's nutient facts don't seem to bad to me. Is it alright to snack on it without counting it as a cheat?

It is okay, as long as you fit it into your daily amounts. For the healthiest version, try making it yourself, then it should have less sodium than commercial types.

Beans are a good source of complex carbohydrates and fiber - eat up! Especially for your pre-workout meal, it will help give you energy to power through the routine.
