Hi I'm new to this site and have a comment and a question.
I am 35yrs old, female, 5ft1, and have Multiple Sclerosis. (see before and after picts) at http://community.webshots.com/user/tnheygirl I have been training on and off for a while. Mainly off since April of this year.:surprised:
Two Questions Please:
If you could do only one exercise to increase your butt size what would it be? I don't understand how I can have such a stocky build but NO butt? Well o.k. I have butt but its just a giant flabby mass of lard.
Could anyone suggest a chocolate protein shake mix that doesn't taste like poo.
