i m of 61 kg and muscular, i want to increase my muscle mass and specially build my thighs more strong and heavy. please suggest me natural diet and exercises.

If you fill out your exercise and nutritional profile (see top of page) you can get a specific exercise program and also nutritional guidelines. If you look on the diet and nutrition board you will find a thread called "grocery list for a bodybuilder" by BB1 - this gives you an idea of the sorts of things you should be eating.
