All squats and lunges are "bum-specific" :big_smile: so just start doing tons of them (and you'll see your rear end get shaped in no time!). Good luck!

I am trying to loose weight (20 lbs to be precise :big_smile:) and doing so has caused me to notice that I am lacking a very important part of my figure..a bum.:( It's quite flat and EXTREMELY unproportioned to the rest of my body. I do have lovehandles and I know that they really aren't helping my situation but is there any bum-specific squats or lunges that can help me build a booty? :big_smile: Thamks!!
I want to gain a more muscular booty also, but I am afraid that squats and lunges will build up my quads too much. I used to dance in drill team in highschool and my quads get bulky easily....if I do more lunges at one time, will that help with leaning them out??
