Hello there,
Just wanted to say hi as I'm new to this...I'm getting a lot of info from various sources, and am getting very confused, so I'm kind of hoping someone here can help me.

Hello all :)
Thanks for the welcome...I've only been working out for the last three weeks, so it's difficult to tell if it's doing anything yet...I did use to lift weights a few years back, but nothing seemed to happen...I've since found out why!!!! Anyhow, I'll probably be asking quite a lot of silly questions as time goes on (Sometimes I wonder if I was meant to be blonde!), like "Does it count when your arms can no longer lift the weights to the required height?", and maybe post a blog somewhen...
PS - As for the diet thing, it's just a warning to those who won't take 'no' for an answer...I'm nice really!!!
